Capitol Police arrested Home Speaker Mike Johnson’s (R-La.) chief of employees on DUI prices Tuesday after President Trump’s first handle to Congress concluded.
Authorities say Hayden Haynes “backed into a parked vehicle” round 11:40 p.m.
