Britt mentioned in an interview that the funding cuts needs to be carried out with a focused strategy in an effort to “not hinder lifesaving, groundbreaking research at high-achieving institutions like those in Alabama.”
Collins on Monday advised CNN’s Manu Raju that she would vote for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to be Well being and Human Providers secretary after he advised her that he would “reexamine” the funding cuts if confirmed.
