Maryland Rep. Glenn Ivey (D) instructed that Senate Minority Chief Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) ought to step down from management throughout a raucous city corridor on Tuesday following Schumer’s vote in assist of a GOP authorities funding measure final week.
