Podcaster Joe Rogan says Vice President Harris’s marketing campaign made requests for a possible look on his program that he didn’t discover acceptable.
“For the record the Harris campaign has not passed on doing the podcast,” Rogan wrote Tuesday on social platform X. “They offered a date for Tuesday, but I would have had to travel to her, and they only wanted to do an hour.”
The podcaster and media promoter stated he feels “strongly” the “best way to do” an interview with the vp is in his studio in Austin.
“My sincere wish is to just have a nice conversation and get to know her as a human being,” he stated of Harris. “I really hope we can make it happen.”
A consultant for the Harris marketing campaign didn’t return a request for remark.
The information comes after marketing campaign spokesperson Ian Sams stated final week that the vp wouldn’t seem on “The Joe Rogan Experience.”
